Our event space is great for several types of events!

Typically we host 3 types of events:

Weddings/Family Parties - We're a fantastic small wedding event center or banquet hall for small family gatherings.
Wedding Ceremonies
Small Receptions
Anniversary Parties
Family Dinners

Retreats - If you're looking for a place to hold a luxury retreat in a professional environment with plenty of seating, we're perfect!

Classroom / Short Events - We love hosting classes, date nights, meetings, and more!
Baby Showers
Wedding Showers

 

Events we DO NOT HOST:
Loud parties/dances
Parties involving any drug/substance use including alcohol
Some types of children's parties (kids are very hard on the space)
Any party where a responsible adult is not 100% present

Weddings/Family Events • Host a Wedding or Family Event event with us!

We would be happy to host your wedding or family event!

Pricing for wedding and family events is $325 for weekdays (mon-thurs)and $375 for weekends (fri-sun) for a 6 hour block. Additional hours are $75.
Set up and take down must be included in the time block. Includes traffic of up to 50 guests. Add $100 for flowing receptions of up to 100 guests.

Amenites included:
Leather sofas for comfortable gatherings (Sofas can not be removed for events. Please plan to incorporate them.)
Extra chairs & tables (You will have access to our table/chair storage to get what you need)
Fully functional kitchen (Bring your own caterer. kitchen for warming/serving only. No cooking)
80" HDTV with HDMI input for slideshows or playing music
Accent lighting
Private patio area
Highspeed wireless and wired internet

Additional services/rentals
Full surround sound (for a movie premiere) package is available for $75 additional
Black or White tablecloths- $10 each
Chair covers- $5 each
Serving items (drink dispensers, dishes, etc)- please call

You're welcome to rent sleeping space in the luxury suites in the building, or have your guests come from off-site.

We're about a 1/2 mile from the Provo City Center Temple. If you're having a wedding there, we're a great luncheon location or a place for your family/friends to gather while you take pictures.

We're a small wedding reception venue in Provo. For larger weddings, we recommend the White Shanty Reception Venue or the White Willow. The Good Thyme resturant also has an event space.

Food: You are welcome to bring your own food or caterer. We highly recommend Good Thyme restaurant.

Flowers: Our manager is a professional florist, so she can get you flowers at wholesale cost! (Floral design services available through referral. Full service floral recommedation: Tosh with Provo Floral)

Decorations: We have black and white linens that can be rented as well as chair covers. Please contact us.

 Retreat Details • Your ideal luxury retreat event space!

Host your retreat in luxury!

Pricing for retreats is $175/day for weekdays (mon-thurs) and $225 for weekends (fri-sun) for all day. A one-time $75 cleaning fee will apply.
Set up and take down must be included in the time block. Includes traffic of up to 15 guests. Additional guests are $25 each.

Your participants will enjoy the bountiful feather/velvet pillows, soft carpet, plenty of seating options, private bathroom, and food service options.

We're located directly across from the Provo Rec center (with rooms available to rent for Yoga or other activities), a city park, and within walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store.

You're welcome to rent sleeping space in the luxury suites in the building, or have your guests come from off-site.

Classroom • Host your classes with us!

We're an ideal spot to host your professional trainings! Examples- childbirth education, art date nights, and more!

Pricing for retreats is $35/hour for weekdays (mon-thurs) and weekends available pending other events.
Set up and take down must be included in the time block. Includes traffic of up to 10 guests. Additional guests are $5 each/hour. Discounts or package rates availble for recurring classes (for example, a 6 week series of classes every Tuesday night. Please call us to discuss your event type and a discount.)

Event Room Policies

These policies are subject to change and you will have the current policies when you book.

WHAT IS PROVIDED/WHAT TO BRING Unless you have purchased our full catering package, be sure to bring any serving and paper products needed to host your event. We do not provide any paper products.

ROOM POLICIES GUEST BEHAVIOUR
--If you are booking for another individual, you agree that you are taking responsibility for their actions while on this property and agree to pay any extra service or damage fees they may incur.
--We are a non-party facility. We have strict quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Special permission is required to have loud events outside of this timeframe.
--Absolutely NO smoking on the property at anytime.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
--The kichen includes: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink. Dishes, serving items, cookware is NOT included.
--Alcohol is not permitted except with permission and additional deposit. Inebriation is absolutely forbidden on this property.
--The use of the kitchen is for serving catering and warming only. The space is not meant to cook for large numbers of guests and the clean up has been atrocious for many large groups in the recent past. Do NOT plan on preparing meals here. Just serving pre-made dishes. Please adjust your menu accordingly.
--NO bacon and deep fryers. Cooking bacon or deep frying will result in a $150 fee. The smell of bacon and cooking oil permeates and is almost impossible to remove.

DECORATIONS
--NO glitter. None. Not even a speck. If we find glitter during clean up, you'll be charged a $100 headache fee.
--Do NOT post anything to the wall. Tacks, staples, command hook products, duct tape and any other potentially wall-damaging hanging items are absolutely forbidden. You may NOT remove hung art without prior permission. Blue or green painter's tape may be used carefully.
--Rental includes the room ONLY. Do not decorate or expand into the hallway or any common space.
--Furnishings may not be removed from the space. We have no space to store the sofas/tables, etc. Please plan your event flow to utilize them.

PARKING
--You as the event host may park up to 2 cars in the lot belonging to the building. All other visitor cars MUST park on the street or across the street at the Rec Center. The building contains other suites that are entitled to parking. A $25 fine will be assessed to each additional car (over the 2 included) belonging to your party.

AV/TECH
The room includes an 80" HDTV with HDMI ports. You're welcome to use it by plugging into an open HDMI port, but please do not rearrange the HDMI cords that are currently plugged in. They run through the wall and if you remove them, it's very difficult to fish them back through.

CLEAN UP POLICY
Every event is charged a cleaning fee depending on the size of group and type of event. Guests are expected to remove all trash, remove all belongings and do a basic clean up of the space. The cleaning fee includes normal cleaning and does NOT include extensive cleaning. You will be billed in addition if the room is abnormally soiled. Examples: chocolate ground into the grout, oil splattered down the walls, frosting fingerprints on every single chair. (Guess how we came up with these examples...)
