No rack rates or gimmicks. Our pricing is upfront and applies to everyone. So you can be assured we are offering you the lowest price possible. If your dates are within a week, call us for a last minute special.

Common reservation questions
Is an online reservation safe?
COMPLETELY. After you enter your reservation, it is reviewed by the head manager before your card is even charged. If you qualify for additional discounts that the website did not give you (week rate, etc), the manager will add this for you. We have our online reservation system to facilitate after-hours bookings and to allow guests to check rates in real-time. We encourage you to use the system, but please don't hesitate to call if you have ANY questions!
Why doesn't the booking engine calculate my discount?
Our booking engine does not automatically add your discount, but rest assured, we will do it for you. The manager personally processes each and every reservation. If you are due a discount, your reservation will be adjusted.
Can I temporarily hold the room while I confirm with my wife/husband/friend/boss?
All rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If you call, we can give you a pretty good idea if the suite is/will be in high demand during your travel dates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our policy is subject to change, and when you book, you will be given the opportunity to review our cancellation policy before making the reservation firm.

Cancel more than 30 days before a reservation = Full refund MINUS $200 fee

Cancel 14-30 days before a reservation = Full refund MINUS 1/2 of your TOTAL rate or $200-- whichever is greater.

Cancel within 14 days of reservation = NO REFUND unless the room is re-rented.

If we can rebook your suite(s), a full or partial refund will be made less a $100 processing fee.

Cancellations MUST be submitted via email to cancellations @ aspenwoodmanor.com. Phone requests are not accepted.

A 120 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings (less a $800 or 25% fee-whichever is greater).

What is the deposit?
The deposit is $200 and goes towards your total bill.
What is the cleaning fee for? Hotels don't charge a cleaning fee!
We want to reward long-term guests by having low nightly rates. This is how we ensure our costs are covered when guests only stay a few nights. The cleaning fee is not negotiable on first time stays. Guests can earn preferred status on subsequent stays that may reduce or eliminate the fee. Please note that if we must move you to a different suite because of a black-out, you will not pay an additional fee. If you opt to move between suites of your own free will, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee for each move.
