PHILOSOPHY
We believe in providing quality, comfortable and private temporary housing for our guests. Each unit is thoughtfully decorated, meticulously cleaned and well maintained to ensure that you feel safe and respected in your home away from home.
WHY ASPENWOOD MANOR AND NOT A HOTEL?

PRIVACY
Housekeeping is simple and comes only once per week to change your linens and refresh your suite.

COMFORT
Beds are dressed with crisp clean sheets, plenty of feather pillows, and luxurious comforters.

CONVENIENCE
Kitchens are stocked with all of the utensils and appliances you'll need to create homemade meals.

SAVINGS
Even the most economical hotels do not have a kitchen which means for 2 guests, you end up spending plenty on eating out. For a whole family, the cost can be overwhelming! At Aspenwood Manor, you save time and money cooking at home or with all the money you save on our low nightly rate, you can still afford to treat yourself to a nice dinner. These are perfect efficiency apartments!

SERVICE
You're not a nameless guest staying in a huge hotel with countless rooms; your comfort and satisfaction is extremely important to us! When you call, you'll reach the manager every time! She'll know your name and do her best to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I tour the apartments before renting one?
A: Unfortunately, due to the number of calls and guests we take care of, we can not schedule private showings. We value the privacy of our guests and will never show an occupied unit to prospective guests. We try our best to post accurate and clear pictures on the web site of each unit. If you have questions about the amenities or other details not listed on the site, please call us.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: For short stays of up to 1 week, you will generally get the suite of your choice if you book 1 month ahead of your arrival date. For stays of a week or longer, we advice at least 6 weeks, and for stays of a month or longer, we highly recommend contacting us about 2 months before your stay to avoid blackout dates in your reservation.
 
 
Q: How big are the units?
A:The units rage from 600-700 square feet.
Q: Will you hold an apartment for me while I talk to my wife/ husband/ roommate/ friend/etc?
A: We can not hold an apartment. Reservations are first come, first served, and bookings must be made online with a valid credit card.
 
Q: How many people will each unit sleep?
A: Each unit has one King bed in the bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. Some units have twins or other beds available. Please contact us for unit recommendations based on the number in your family.
 
Q: Where do children sleep?
A: Children are welcome! Children ages 2 and up count as an extra guest. Most units have twin beds and portable cribs.
 
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Pets are not permitted.

Q: What is your policy regarding smoking?
A: This is a non-smoking facility. In addition, you may not smoke within 25 feet of the building.
 
Q: How far are you from BYU?
A: We are about 9 blocks south. If you're ambitious, you could walk there, but we recommend driving or biking.
 
Q: What is there to do around town?
A: Please see our ACTIVITIES page for suggestions.
 
Q: What is included in the whole house booking?
A: It's just that- you get the entire house and all the amenities to yourself and family. Use the building for family reunions, corporate housing or retreats. When the main door is closed and locked, you can open all the interior doors to allow family members to move freely from suite to suite.
 
Q: Do you offer housekeeping?
A: Weekly linen service is provided in all of the units. You may request daily or bi-weekly full housekeeping service for an additional charge.
 
Q: What if you can not accomodate me for the entire length of my stay in one suite?
A: Usually we can accomodate you for your entire stay even if you have to move suites sometime during the stay. We will try to avoid this and have you stay in the same suite the entire time you are here. Sometimes we have blackout dates when all suites are booked. During those times, we will help you find a local hotel. All discounts and benefits you've accrued will carry over (for example, if you stay 15 days and then another 20 later, we will still give you the monthly discount.) Cleaning fees are charged each time you move to another suite.
